Satoyama-style Cooking Class (at Kajika no Satoyama Denga)

 

Homestyle dishes made by local moms are served buffet-style at a farmhouse restaurant in the Denga district. Using wild vegetables that grow in the mountains, vegetation grown with a great deal of love in the Denga District by local residents, and other ingredients, we present to you a flavor that is unique to our homemade cuisines, which are overflowing with warmth and a sense of the seasons. Won’t you try to prepare these warm cuisines with us, together?

 

Place: Kajika no Satoyama Denga (28-24-1 Hatakenakacho, Fukui City)

Reservations: Required; accepted anytime between 10am and 12pm(Classes are held between 10am and 12pm in approximately 1-hour half blocks. Any other times will require further discussion.)

Fee: Adult ¥3500 will be charged the day of the event; only cash will be accepted

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance. If made after 11am the day before the event, 100%  of the full amount will be charged.
